Breath Play And Smothering

My slave is entirely corded with ropes so he cant truly budge his arms or legs. I start of smothering him using my hands - but im feeling much more creative today and use my hands, feet and ass to smother him. In the end I use another rope to bind his throat to his hands and feet so he can hardly breathe. I guess Ill keep him that way for a few hours.
