This is very old movie with Alex. Maria walks and talks on the phone. She didnt notice Alex and he accidentally step on her feet. Maria was in rage. She smacks Alexs face and takes him to her hotel that was near. Maria tells Alex to smooch her feet and toes, because stupid slave must be more careful next time. Then Maria sits on the Alexs head and using him as a chair. When Maria sits on the slaves head with her full weight Alex feels bad but Maria tells him to bear all ache and suffer silently. After that Maria sits on the Alexs face to get some pleasure. And then Maria sits on the knee on the slaves bod while her feet are rests on the Alexs face.
