Mistress Gaia – Training Day

I couldnt get to my sports club for training because my bitch of a slave left behind to book my session. So Im going to make sure he doesnt leave behind again. Theres nothing fairly as stumulating as a good workout, and my slave will make a good punch bag. I put on my gloves, and tell him to remain in front of me and stay on his feet at all times. What a fucking wimp he is, as I begin to kick and punch him he staggers back. I keep telling him to stay still so I can practice on him. However, I think Im too powerful for my bitch and he is indeed feeling my blows. If he thinks Im going to give him a effortless time of it, its not going to happen. As I proceed to pulverise his bod, he mumbles something. This makes me angry, so I put him on his knees and give him some face smacking. I so love that sound as my palms smack off his face. I eventually finish him of with some intense foot stomping to his body. Its been a great practice session and I was just warming up. Perhaps Ill use my bitch as a punch bag every training .
